There is a two-days' (Saturday and Sunday) stamp show in Boston. Today I bought a cover dated Jul 12, 1919 from Shanghai to New York at USD$25 at the show. Although there is no an
arrival postmark, I think it is a nice cover, but I am not sure whether I bought it at a good price. It would be greatly appreciated if some one can make some comments about the cover.

Thanks for your comments from that I have learned something, although it is a little bit.
With your help my knowledge for China postal history is improving little by little.
The book about the postmarks of China Qing Dynasty that you sent me as a gift two month ago is also very useful for me to study China postal history. Thank you again.

I saw Mr. Dillaway at the show. He is a famous cover dealer in Boston area. He told me he has sent his cover of 1880 envelope to St. Petersburg, Russia , to Interasia for the auction. I have found the item on the November auction catalogue. The estimation value is HK$50,000-60,000. Have you seen it on the catalogue?
