Agree.
This set of book is very useful as reader can see the whole cover and understand when/how the cancellation was applied on the cover.
But it is pretty expensive. About two years ago, I bought one set from CSS auction which cost me about $1000 dollars. I think it worth every penny I spent on it.

I remember there was a period of time that the people can send mail to America through US Shanghai Agency and just need to pay America local rate.
I remember the rate is 2 cent at that time. But I do not have any document/article in hands to support it.
Who has the detail information about that period and how much the rate is?
