美国中华邮票会（China Stamp Society)www.chinastampsociety.com 接到报案，有美国东部卖家遭到中国买家的恶意诈骗。举报中国广州的买家Jian Chen，利用eBay/Paypal的漏洞进行恶意诈骗，骗取美金2650元的邮票。
