unfortunately I can't read Chinese well and especially not hand written.

I like to ask if anybody can tell me something about this letter?

辽县即左权县，贴鹰球图（角单位）5角票一枚，销6月20日无年份五分局鹰球戳，从邮资来看是1946年6月20日县内寄发！邮资平信为5角！

In case you really cannot speak/read Chinese

- then how come you can find here? anyway you are very welcome here!

I think you are on right place.
You got 2 responses:
First is one of our experts answered you that this is a real old cover which mailed on 06/20/1946, this was a regular mail according to the attached stamp;
Another one is your potential buyer - he is asking if you like to sell it and he wants to know the price.

Thank you all very much for your help! I like to keep this letter but the stamps of this set I have for sale.

Was a long way to find this forum! It's the only place where I can meet other experts for collecting Chinese stamps. I'm from Germany and board member of the Chinese Philately Association Germany (yes indeed such things exist in Germany!) ;)
