Yes, look like fakes,  should be early reprints.

Thanks you for the quick response xinjoo. I will discarded these 2 stamps which I got from an auction in eBay. I notice the clouds around the dragon are different comparing them with stamps I found elsewhere online.

The paper is thicker, and the characters are different from the genuine one.
