其???程是由塘沽?天津、牛?交俄?客?寄德?，很可惜是流?了。 
西伯利??外?放是1903年10月1日，之前只能直接由俄???／客?才可以使用此?路，若信件由中?或其他客???或?交俄?的，本不?接受?走西伯利?路。?然，在??的使用中，??有漏?之?。西伯利??路史前封（不是直接交俄?），??存世?量不太多；但是，相信也?有二、三十封存世。按本人所?，也有6枚之?。

Interasia拍品：Russian Offices in China, 1903 (6 July) registered envelope to Germany (30.8) (opened out for display) via Tientsin (6.7) and Newchwang bearing on reverse C.I.P. ?c (2), 1c., 2c (2), 4c. and 10c (2, one has defective top left corner), cancelled by "Tangku" bilingual c.d.s., with "R/Tangku-(China)/No. 1204" framed h.s. adjacent, and on front Russia "Kitai" 10kop. vertical strip of three cancelled by "Inkou/Polev. Tel. Ot. Priam. OK/1" c.d.s (27.6/10.7), with "641/Inkou/Polevaya P.T. Kontora" registration label, fine registered double-rate cover from northern China.
