90.4的快件汇款快汇费应该是0.50元，估计是邮局人员贴错邮票。

再有可能是寄航空，营业员最低面值的只有8分，超贴，但戳盖错了。

我也有二枚快件汇款单，一枚贴3张普票共0.48元；另一枚也贴3张普票共0.51元。都是营业员贴错票造成的。
