Did anybody ever was wondering WHY this issue was printed on complete different paper and WHY no genuine used stamps ever were reported?

Maybe Bogus?!

The first 100.000 yuan stamp is not so rare stamp and only exists perorated, I think this one was regular issued.

All others are for my opinion bogus, produced later on different paper in a much worst printing quality. Maybe some guys found some unfinished printing plates and reprint the other stamps... I don't know. At least it seams they where perforated on the same machine so the guys might had access to the origin factory.
