<p><b>中国内地会 （China Inland Mission，CIM）</b>（<a title="1964年" href="http://zh.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=1964?1′&amp;variant=zh-cn">1964年</a>以后称<b>海外基督使团</b>（<b>the Overseas Missionary Fellowship</b>或<b>OMF International</b>）），是一个<a title="基督教" href="http://zh.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=??o??￡???&amp;variant=zh-cn">基督教</a>的<a title="差?" href="http://zh.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=??????&amp;variant=zh-cn">差会</a>。于<a title="1865年" href="http://zh.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=1865?1′&amp;variant=zh-cn">1865年</a>，由<a title="戴德生" href="http://zh.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=??′??????&amp;variant=zh-cn">戴德生</a>创办。</p>
<p><a title="1862年" href="http://zh.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=1862?1′&amp;variant=zh-cn">1862年</a><a title="戴德生" href="http://zh.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=??′??????&amp;variant=zh-cn">戴德生</a>在<a class="mw-redirect" title="英?" href="http://zh.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=è?±???&amp;variant=zh-cn">英国</a>的<a class="mw-redirect" title="布??" href="http://zh.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=???è??é??&amp;variant=zh-cn">布莱顿</a>成立<a class="new" title="宁波差会 (尚未撰写)" href="http://zh.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=????3￠??????&amp;action=edit&amp;redlink=1">宁波差会</a>，招募到第一位志愿者<a title="宓道生" href="http://zh.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=???é?????&amp;variant=zh-cn">宓道生</a>，并派往中国宁波。<a title="1865年" href="http://zh.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=1865?1′&amp;variant=zh-cn">1865年</a><a title="6月25日" href="http://zh.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=6???25??￥&amp;variant=zh-cn">6月25日</a>，<a title="戴德生" href="http://zh.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=??′??????&amp;variant=zh-cn">戴德生</a>将宁波差会改名为<b>中国内地会</b>，并确立了中国内地会的原则：要召一群<a class="mw-redirect" title="宣教士" href="http://zh.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=??￡????￡?&amp;variant=zh-cn">宣教士</a>，可以全家迁到<a class="mw-redirect" title="中?" href="http://zh.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=??-???&amp;variant=zh-cn">中国</a>，而且一定要愿意迁到中国的内陆地区（后称为：内地）。</p>

<p>仿效<a title="使徒" href="http://zh.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=??????&amp;variant=zh-cn">使徒</a><a class="mw-redirect" title="保罗" href="http://zh.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=??????&amp;variant=zh-cn">保罗</a>，不在有<a title="基督" href="http://zh.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=??o??￡&amp;variant=zh-cn">基督</a>的名被传过的地方传扬福音。戴德生和早期内地会宣教士看见<a class="mw-redirect" title="中?" href="http://zh.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=??-???&amp;variant=zh-cn">中国</a>内地的需要，决定将福音传给那些被遗忘或被忽略的群体，并在他们中间建立<a title="教会" href="http://zh.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=??????&amp;variant=zh-cn">教会</a>。目标是在中国各省都建立教会。</p>
<p>顾名思义，中国内地会是特别为中国设立的，目标是希望中国每一个省份都至少有一对宣教士在那个地方。当时西方宣教士主要是在沿海的通商口岸传教。虽然到了《<a class="mw-redirect" title="北京??" href="http://zh.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=????o??￠??′?&amp;variant=zh-cn">北京条约</a>》以后可以自由到内地传教，但大部分的宣教士都还是只在中国沿海地区，遍布于从东北地区到南边的<a class="mw-redirect" title="??" href="http://zh.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=??￡??±&amp;variant=zh-cn">广东</a>，很少有宣教士能深入到内地里面去。</p>

<p>戴德生设立中国内地会以后，就带领一批宣教士来到了中国。内地会后来成为西方的所谓“<a class="new" title="信心差? (尚未撰写)" href="http://zh.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=????????????&amp;action=edit&amp;redlink=1">信心差会</a>”和世界内地宣教的榜样，那么西方宣教史就以他作为分界线，所以就看到戴德生在宣教运动上的重要性跟地位，从那时候就称为“内地宣教时期”。内地会的“信心原则”（Faith Principle）就是凭着信心按照<a title="上帝" href="http://zh.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=??????&amp;variant=zh-cn">上帝</a>的呼召去进行工作。不借贷，不募捐。遇上经费的困难时，他们不会公开向人征款或筹款，只让上帝感动人来帮助他们。 　　</p>

<p>内地会的宣教士们打破语言、文化和生活方式的隔阂，来到中国内地传福音，并建立教会，克服重重困难。初期，内地会的宣教士来到中国后，必须改穿中国服，并梳中国发式 (去发留辫)。当时，戴德生更因而被英国国内的一些人士指控叛国。</p>
