华北前锋报(North China Herald) 应该是工部邮政服务的订户，因此不需要加贴工部邮票

不知道郵友是否注意到這在左上角橡胶戳.

這戳标明這東西原是某欧美博物馆或图书馆的藏品

顺便说一下，那枚短距离4cand旧大龙为啥是折过的，是不是舍不得用品相好的。其他宽距离旧大龙都是好品相（新的也便宜）。
