The 63th floor
建宁县国际特快专递收据：手写改值后交寄件人.Surcharge receipt of international EMS of Jianning County .It was givened to the sender after the par value was changed by handwriting.

The 64th floor
12.永安市自印凭证。---The ACLs only printed and used in Yongan City.
福建省印制使用的附加费凭证介绍完毕，若有遗漏请予补充。That's all of the introduction of ACls of Fujian Province.Please add more  information if there are any omissions
